1. APPLICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER TRAINEE

Are you a recent IT graduate ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of technology? Look no further! Join our Developer Development Program (DEEP) for a transformative year-long journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
• Willing to join the 1-year development program
• Has interest in airline business process
• Has knowledge of Linux/Unix & Database
• Has knowledge of Operation Control System (Airport and Ground Handling System) is advantageous
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to work from office at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

2. CSR & INTERNAL AUDIT TRAINEE

You will be a part of a year-long development program designed to foster the professional growth of fresh graduates in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organization’s social impact initiatives while gaining invaluable insights into the intricate world of internal audit processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Charities; CSR best practices will be an advantage
• Interest in managing relationships, networks, and diverse teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, concise messages tailored for various audiences

3. CORPORATE STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE

A 1-year development program to develop your skills in corporate strategy & development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
• Willing to join the 1-year development program
• Has a good personality, communication, and teamwork
• Has an interest in corporate strategy and development
• Familiar with financial analysis and reports
• Knowledge of making effective public presentations and writing articles publishable
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

4. FINANCE TRAINEE

You will be a part of a year-long development program designed to foster the professional growth of fresh graduates in the field of Financial. The key responsibilities include assisting senior finance executives with financial reporting, data analysis, and contribution to the development and review of financial models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputable University
• Fresh graduate (2022/2023) and less than 1 year experience
• Willing to join the 1-year development program
• Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other departments
• Have a good understanding of Finance Operations
• Proficiency in Ms Office and SAP (intermediate level) along with organizing and analytical skills
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

5. SOFTWARE ENGINEER TRAINEE
