Lowongan BUMN PT Waskita Modern Realti
1. Quantity Surveyor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, estimating/evaluating volume & costruction cost especially in Landed house project.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Certification as a Quantity Surveyor Inspector or similar is a plus.
2. Legal Officer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum of 1 years of experience work in real estate law, property law, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of property transactions & documentations e.g. PPJB & AJB, land use regulations, and real estate development.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Graphic Designer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or property-related projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Event Promotion Officer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and promotion, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
